I recently had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Imran, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, Imran made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Hair cut and pedicure both services are very good.

Absolutely pathetic experience. The pedicure tub was broken and yet they used it to do my pedicure. It resulted in water leaking all over the place. Moreover, there was no place for the service provider to sit and properly do the pedicure and the chair was so uncomfortable that I had to request them to stop the service after sometime as I started having a backache sitting so uncomfortably. I nearly escaped a fall while getting off the chair owing to the leaked water all over the floor and yet the staff didn't even have the courtesy to show empathy or feel sorry about the experience. This is despite my continuously telling them that I was very uncomfortable. Above all, they charged me GST for the service and didn't give me the bill (even after forcing me to share my mobile number & email ID, stating that for a GST bill, it's imperative to give these details). They said I'll receive the bill on my email as soon I make the payment, however, it's been more than 5 hours and I haven't recieved it.

I recently visited Glam Studios and had a fantastic experience. I opted for the O3 facial and I was thoroughly impressed. The O3 facial was a rejuvenating experience. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring the treatment was tailored to my skin's needs. My skin felt refreshed and noticeably smoother afterward. The overall atmosphere of the parlour was welcoming and clean, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Glam Studios for their top-notch service and skilled staff. I'll definitely be returning for my next grooming session.
