Google makeover beauty parlour&salon

Pathetic customer experience NOT RECOMMEND I visited the parlour for my pre-bridal services but as soon as I entered the place, the manager left and asked her staff to attend me. I asked for an O3+ facial, body waxing, hair spa, manicure pedicure and upper lips. One of the staff members completed the leg waxing patiently. However, the facial turned into a nightmare!!! Firstly, they left the bleach on my face for 25+ mins. I had to ask them to remove it since it started spilling on my clothes after drying. The girl who did my facial was reading the instructions for each step, which showed that she was doing it for the first time. She quickly finished the 1.5 hrs facial in just 35 mins. Lastly, they applied a face mask and left it for drying. I was sitting all alone in the parlour meanwhile those 3 girls were roaming on the street outside the parlour. I could hear them scream "tu hata de face mask, tu hata de". Finally, one of them came inside the parlour and removed the mask. I asked them to do my hair spa but they straightaway denied, saying "light nahi hai". Even when the electricity came after 5 mins, they didn't show any willingness to do the spa. The manicure pedicure was done in just 2 steps- cleansing and scrubbing. They didn't cater the nails and skipped applying bleach on legs and hands, even after asking. All they wanted was me to leave, so they can use the face and hair products on themselves in the absence of their manager. While I was waiting for my brother to pick me up, two of the staff girls even started doing their own facials!!! Also, the manager called the girls 5-6 times during my 1.5 hrs stay in the parlour just to make sure whether I paid her the amount or not. But she didn't ask her staff even once to complete my services!! I paid her the complete amount and left for Gurgaon sec-14, to get my other services like complete manicure pedicure, hair spa and nails from a trusted parlour & salon. They literally wasted my time and money. I would never recommend this place to anyone since they spoiled my big day!!!!
