I recently visited this salon for a waxing service, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The lady who was performing the waxing started the procedure but then abruptly stopped halfway through, claiming that my skin wasn't suitable for waxing. When I suggested doing a patch test first to ensure it was safe, she refused. Not only did she not offer any helpful solutions, but the receptionist also informed me that I would still be charged the full amount, even though the service was incomplete. To make matters worse, both the waxing technician and the receptionist NISHA were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They showed no willingness to listen to my concerns, and the overall attitude was dismissive. It's unfortunate, as I was hoping for a positive experience, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality customer service or professionalism.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this salon and will never return. I came in for a waxing service, but midway through, the lady stopped and claimed my skin wasn't suitable for waxing. She not only insisted that I would still be charged the full price despite the service being incomplete, but she also used unethical remarks and language that were completely inappropriate. Her behaviour was disrespectful and completely uncalled for. The salon's hygiene standards are shocking. They used only one waxing strip for the entire procedure, which is highly unhygienic. On top of that, the Rica wax they used was of the lowest quality, making the experience not only painful but also ineffective. Both the lady and the receptionist were dismissive of my concerns, and their overall attitude was appalling. The lack of professionalism, hygiene, and basic respect for customers is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against visiting this salon. The service was subpar, and the staff's behaviour was disgraceful.

Poorest Customer Service so far. I met this girl named as Nisha who seems to be a salon incharge and doesn't understand why she throws so much of attitude towards the customer as if she is giving the services for free.No matter what but we as customers are paying for the services and to the least possible deserves a polite and cool environment for the beauty services. I really request the Director to change the person in charge so far to save your business turn over from the salon ,you are just loosing customers for no reasons your offers are brilliant but at the same time the attitude of this Girl Nisha is spoiling alot ,she doesn't even try to book appointments and is ready to cancel all of them at a time. I strongly advise against visiting this place for waxing. They will ruin your hands as the wax they use is of poor quality. Be sure to check the packaging before getting waxed. When I pointed out that the wax wasn't good, they claimed that Rica wax doesn't suit me. However, I have used Rica wax many times before without issues. This time, I ended up with red dots on my hands. Even the technician mentioned that the wax was not good, yet they still forced me to pay. I stopped the service once my hand was done, but they insisted that I pay for the entire package. This red clothing is everywhere on my hands.

I have been a loyal customer at this salon for six years, consistently paying the same price for my services. However, during my recent visit, I was shocked when I was suddenly charged extra without any prior notice or explanation. To make matters worse, the lady at the reception "Muskaan" was unbelievably rude and derogatory in her behavior. Her lack of professionalism and disrespectful attitude were unacceptable and left me feeling insulted. This is not how you treat loyal customers. Such unprofessionalism and arbitrary pricing are completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I urge others to think twice before choosing this place. Disappointing to see a once-reliable establishment stoop to such levels.

Exceptional Service from staff member (Naseem and Divya ) "I'm thoroughly impressed with Naseem and Divya expertise and dedication. They provided a seamless experience, from consultation to service delivery. Their attention to detail and ability to understand my needs resulted in outstanding results. I appreciate their friendly and professional demeanor, making me feel good. Highly recommended . Both are highly skilled in their work.

Me n my kids have been a customer of this place for years. The ownership has been transferred to a new person who is pathetic, rude, unprofessional and so are his employees, specially Muskaan. After the services, they quoted a different cost for hair cut saying it's changed for 3-4 months though my kids had a haircut barely 2 months back. My only humble request was to consider this time as I way 50 km away from home and had given limited cash. They misbehaved in a very very unbelievable way. They had the audacity to say "Dobara haircutting karane yaha mat aana". Paise pure hai but dena nhi chahte ho. Inko yaha se wida karo". Is this the kind of verbiage you use with customers, then God save your business. I apologize and assure you no further services will be availed by me

I just came for hair wash and they charged me extra for blow dry even workout my permission. They quote some price at the beginning and changes later while payment. (No prior information) I will never return and suggest this sector 57 grace & glamour
