Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked well in advance, yet I was made to wait for over an hour with no explanation or apology. The staff manager were shockingly rude and had a very casual, arrogant attitude. When I politely asked about the delay, their response was dismissive and disrespectful--as if they were doing me a favor. This is not how you treat paying customers. If you can't manage appointments properly or speak to clients with basic courtesy, you shouldn't be in the service business. Definitely not recommended.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. Despite booking a slot for waxing in advance, I was outright denied the service upon arrival. The receptionist not only wasted my valuable time but also displayed shockingly unprofessional behavior. Her argumentative attitude and loud tone made me feel very uncomfortable, as though she owned the place. Such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the salon's management. I strongly recommend addressing staff behavior to ensure a better experience for future customers.

The worst parlor and worst service ever. The owner is very rude and don't know how to deliver service. The staff on running late does not wipe ur face after facial and the customer itself to wash face. Waxing done by staff totally unprofessional and when complained than owner has simple answer next time aap yaha ki service mat lena. Kindly don't attend this parlor if u want to save urself from this ridiculous service. Opt for sector 15 same parlor if u want offer. Pls don't visit sector 49 grace and glamour parlor

This salon provides an extremely disappointing experience. The staff is unprofessional, argumentative, and lacks basic customer service skills. They waste valuable time and even deny services that were promised. I strongly advise against visiting this place--definitely not recommended.

The receptionist is rude and makes facial gestures making the entire experience very unwelcoming. The service ladies seem to have a tussle amongst themselves where they either have preference of service, customers or just not wanting to work. Do a hurried job with no pleasant demeanor. My first experience is good so far. Got waxing service and it was painless and quick. The staff is so humble and kind. I would surely recommend others as well to try their service. I got my service from staff name " Sunita"

Had been twice to avail the services, but both the times had encountered bad behaviour of receptionist Abhilasha.. she is so rude and talk like if she is giving the services for free. Have taken prior appointment but after reaching there they asked that no slot available. There is a way to talk to clients especially when you are in service industry. Pls ask her to take some classes else customers will never come back. Request to the owner.

Worst ever experience with your sector 49 branch and your receptionist is absolutely no sense of how to talk to client.. rude .. arrogant and ill mannered. Reason that this outlet is running is losses ie because of your receptionist. You can see other negative reviews from client for this outlet.
