The waxing service was really bad. The wax was applied in a very thin layer, almost like water. How can Rica wax be applied like that? They are charging at least 350, so please don't waste our money. It definitely doesn't feel like genuine Rica wax - the quality was not worth the price. Not all the hair was even removed properly. I even told the person to apply a thick layer, not like water, but she still did the same. Are you trying to fool your customers? Please guys dont go here just because of less prices services are very cheap.

Definitely avoid. I agreed upon a price on the telephone and went in for a leg= and arms RICA wax. Wow it was a nightmare. It is like you arrive in an office with mentally challenged people. The reception staff don't care at all. It took them time to help me, while I had an appointment... Then the waxing. The guy waxing me almost gave me third degrees burn wounds. I had to tell him like 5 times it was burning my skin.. And yes like expected from a scam company, I had to pay almost double.

The receptionist here is very rude , also they are using some other cheap wax in the name of Rica Wax, Also these people do not even clean the body after waxing. It's better to go somewhere else than here!!

I never had such a bad threading in my life. I am very disappointed. Even it feels like they are plucking my eyebrows so harshly. Didn't even massage properly. I am really very disappointed.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the strong smell of chemicals made it difficult to even breathe comfortably. I started with threading, and things quickly went downhill. Midway through the service, the person working on my brows left, and someone else took over. The result? Completely uneven eyebrows. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they kept removing more hair in an attempt to fix it, leaving me with eyebrows that were much thinner than what I had asked for. Despite explaining the shape I wanted, they completely disregarded it. To make matters worse, they tried to blame the unevenness on my "naturally different eyebrow shapes"--as if I haven't had my brows done before and wouldn't know the difference. Highly unprofessional.

I have been getting a haircut from here from last 2 years, only because of Shanu, the machinery to cut hair is improper and not functioning most of the times, i mean its a basic necessity, to style hair after a cut there is no clay or wax, but i am seriously disappointed even after 2 years. Why can you not get decent machines, they cost a fortune.

Horrible place to waste your money, - rude staff - expired product ( lucky me I just some how got chance to check the date on facial kit but not everyone is) - too much waiting time - false products Horrible services they don't know how to wax or remove whiteheads It's just guys if u want worth of your money just don't come here

#BOYCOTT GRACE AND GALAMOUR for your own good health and well being... Very very bad experience The staff wasn't well traineD and polite. The ac wasn't working properly in the cabins. I am in intense pain.. the 1st layer of skin was peeled of becoz of there mistake. The staff wasn't even polite enough to accept her mistake and apologize. Rather they are showing me attitude and rude responses.
