I recently had the worst experience with a makeup artist who is unprofessional and rude at the same time. We went to Sapna for a party makeup for mysef & mother after prebooking. After looking at my mother's makeup which was very cakey, leftover areas which showed the actual skin, uneven eye liner, wierd hairdo, I decided to not go for the makeup. When we confronted her about the makeup, rather than correcting herself, she was arguing. Last but not the least, she just banged the door on us when we were leaving. This is not the way you treat your customers. Learn some etiquette lady !! All in all not a great experience and am NEVER coming back !!
