Only the haircut guy is good. Rest all management just wants to fraud people by charging extra money. Sorry you kost tonns of your existing customer.

Pathetic experience at lookout saloon (near city homes),hope I can give negative rating. the manager doesn't know how to talk with customer, atleast he should learn how to talk with a lady.. I asked for normal wax but he said they don't have ,they only have Rica wax(high charges) I said normal suits me ,,then that manager said ap akele k liye hum normal wax nhi rakhenge...this is monopoly.

One of the worst experiences I had, they are very expensive also services are not upto the mark. All the beginners and keep selling their services all the time desipe they dont have any standard procedures n not at all hygienic. They have spoiled my day.

The staff is clearly cheating the clients. I simply asked for upperlips and chin. The girl staff who did it suggested to do the threading also for which I was ok. Then she suggested to get the chin and upper lips done through wax. I asked her twice that whether it's ok from growth perspective . She suggested to do it . I was still ok. Then she said I am removing nose black heads also and before I could say she applied wax And later they charged 80 rs for that. After that she suggested to do side lock wax and when I asked same question.without telling charges she just did it and in the rate card the charges are mentioned as 100. However they charged 200 for that. For nose wax which I didn't ask for they charged 80 rs. Total bill was rs. 490. I asked for bill details , they were not ready to give at first go. I took the refund of Rs. 80 for nose as I didn't ask to do that. Later when I checked the bill, the side locks and jawline charge for Rs. 200 in bill and in rate card it was 100. On response, they said the charge mentioned in card is for 1 side... then you should mention in the rate card na. and with that logic they should charge double amount for eye brows as well. But they didn't accept their fault and I end up paying Rs.100. They were so rigid and simply cheating people. Guys do check the rate card and always collect bill. These people are cheating clients.

I went for my son's haircut and he is 2.5 years old... My son obviously got bit sacred also little uncomfortable like every child does.... and to calm down my son i showed him my phone so that he gets distracted and no problem will come while having his haircut.. All of sudden the barber denied I will not do it.. when I asked why... then he has no answer and other barbers were also looking each other and no-one is ready to do the haircut even I said don't worry I will show him phone there won't be challange while doing haircut but still he denied and I also noticed that they were smiling by looking each other faces.. very unprofessional service.. hope the owner take some strict action towards that guy

A very good unisex salon providing excellent services, good ambience & maintaining good hygiene. They provide great hair spas ,wonderful menicure and pedicure. Key thing is the personal attention from the owners. Must visit lookout unisex salon for a wonderful experience.

These people charged 2600 for legs and hands detan. Which was a bleach. Probably a 200 rs bleach and charged 2600. Totally fraud I would never recommend this place.. They think the customer is stupid. Be aware of these fraudsters

Just had my appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with looks salon. The service is great, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the ambience is very pretty and elegant.The staff is also well experienced.
