This is outright fraudulent behavior! You advertise a 20K recharge (inclusive of GST) with a 27K benefit, but now you're refusing to provide a proper GST bill while sneakily deducting the amount from my wallet. This is a clear attempt to mislead customers and manipulate transactions. A brand like Looks should maintain transparency, not engage in shady tactics. I have already escalated it to consumer forum. Please don't see customer as fools.

Nice ambience. Good service. Staff is very nice and friendly. Ali was my hairdresser. I took a hair cut and hair spa. He has great finesse and knows his job. Recommend him if you are looking to take hair services here.
