Their service is absolute garbage. I recently went to get my eyebrows and upper lips done, and these people forced me to do upper lips with wax instead of thread, claiming it gives "better results" -- yeah right, more like better profit for them 'cause waxing costs more. And guess what? These so-called "professionals" don't even know how to wax properly. They yanked the wax strip on the same spot like 4-5 damn times -- ZERO technique, just pure amateur hour. And after torturing my face, they STILL had to use thread because they couldn't even get it right with wax. Seriously? Now I'm left with burned, dark patches on my upper lips. Freakin' burned, all because I trusted a brand like Looks with my face. Biggest regret ever. If they can mess up something as tiny as upper lip hair, imagine what kind of disaster they'd be with something bigger. Total clowns.

I have straight, silky hair that's usually quite difficult to style, but the hairdresser really knew what he was doing! He gave me a lovely haircut that suits my face perfectly and adds just the right amount of shape and bounce. I've actually forgotten his name, but thank you so much -- you made my day!
