Disappointing Experience at Looks Salon palam vihar, gurgaon I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Looks Salon, specifically with Mr. Sanjay, the hairstylist. Despite paying 30,000 for a membership, the service I received was subpar and unprofessional. Unacceptable Incident The worst part of my experience was when the stylist accidentally applied massage cream in my eyes, which was not only painful but also alarming. To make matters worse, the haircut was poorly done, and when I asked Mr. Sanjay to shape up my beard, he responded rudely, saying "I don't know. (Sir mujhe nhi aata) then why he cut my shairs Lack of Hygiene What's equally concerning is the lack of hygiene practices at the salon. The stylist used a dirty comb on my hair and didn't sterilize the blade before use. This is unacceptable, especially for a salon that claims to represent the Looks brand. Disappointing Management I've had positive experiences with Mr. Salman, the manager, in the past, but this time, his recommendation to try Mr. Sanjay was a mistake. I trusted his judgment, but it led to a terrible experience. Final Verdict Unless significant changes are made to the salon's hygiene practices and staff training, I would not recommend Looks Salon to anyone. My membership is now questionable, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Somebody suggest me to go LOOKS saloon of Palam and I was very happy after my haircut because my haircut is looking attractive and stylish .the barber cut my hairs in a best way.the behaviour of the barber is convincing and the salon was looking furnished and stylish.i got my haircut within 15 minutes.they treat you nicely and all good facilities were available their. And the fee they take is reasonable and not very high . anybody can afford this money easily. They cut my hairs in a genuine and clean way. I want to go back their again. I hope my review is valuable for you. If you are looking for a good nearby salon you can go to this salon may you also like this after your haircut. Even for ur facial too.Had posted this review 3 years before . The service and ambience still astonished me. Once a customer is always a customer to this place. Kudos to the management . A decent unisex salon for haircut, hair color and trimming related stuff. Although prices are bit higher than near by salons but it's worth. Sometimes, they charge unnecessary then you might need to be bit rigid and ask the reason of same and same can be reduced/refunded. Otherwise, they have good hair dressers in Palam Vihar region.

I came for a haircut, and it couldn't have been worst. The experience , the way they work, it's really bad. It's the worst looks I've been to so far. No body cares basically, I don't understand how and why people come here.
