Looks Salon Sector 15 Gurugram

This is my preferred salon, where the staff always provides excellent hospitality. The manager is kind and generous. Pinky Di is my go-to for facials and grooming; she is dedicated and truly puts her heart into her work. I highly recommend Looks to anyone in Sector 15.

Went for haircut the hair stylist didn't bother to look what I wanted in a haircut and made me a clown. I had a pathetic haircut which literally destroyed my family function please be careful and avoid visiting. Just having the branding of a premium salon chain doesn't make it premium one needs to have good hair stylists. Totally pathetic. The only good thing was their coffee which can be grabbed at any the nearby baristas. I was offered to not pay but whatever sort of compensation can't get my memories back.

Worst experience ever. I'm a regular customer of Geetanjali Salon, but recently, since the nearby Geetanjali Salon was closed, I went to Looks and had the worst experience I've ever had at any salon. I clearly asked for a haircut, stating that I just wanted to shorten the length a bit and nothing else. However, the staff used a trimmer, and when I asked why it was necessary for just a small length cut, he said, 'Don't worry,' and trim all my hair off. If asking to cut just a little bit of length results in cutting it all off, I'm not sure how to explain it in a simpler way. Even after this, when I told him, you cut off all the length when I only asked for a small trim, the person cutting my hair started arguing with me. Worst experience ever. I will never go to any Looks Salon again. Thanks!!

My experience is very good the staff is very polite helpful and very humble with very nice and professional nature
