It was an overall wonderful experience. Zoya did fabulous makeup and Anis did the perfect styling of my hair. Staff is very welcoming and the saloon is well equipped with all the needed products. Me and my family was very impressed and this looks is going to be my all time spot of any requirements. Highly recommended. Great service at looks, especially by Shikha, who is very good at her work and is super skilled. She ensured I got the right service and was very friendly throughout. Thank you and I will surely visit again.

As I walk in for my appointment the lady paying up was upset and saying she should have just burned her money instead. I did not pay attention but should have. Went there for a head massage, and a couple of other services. Got a terrible head massage. Cancelled the other services because the towels weren't clean and I disliked the massage so much. Came home and got a severe allergic reaction. I have reason to believe they full their shampoo containers with cheap substitutes, dont maintain any basic hygiene handling and storing oil, towels etc. I have been on allergy meds for 3 weeks now. This place ought to be shut down.

Got my threading, upper lip, hair color touch up. Everything was good except shampoo, conditioner not rinsed properly . My hair feel oily.

This is the most disgraceful and disrespectful salon in the area. The staff confirms appointments, calls you in, and then has the nerve to say, 'I can't service you.' Alam, who has been cutting my hair for over five years and even convinced me to switch from Geetanjali and purchase a 10K membership, suddenly refused to cut my hair. When I pressed for a reason, I was told that my haircut takes more than 15 minutes, which is apparently an issue. When the owner was confronted, he tells me that you abused and left..Bro, you can't call a loyal customer and refuse to serve in front of everyone for no reason and expect the customer to be cool about it!!?? I just wanted a haircut, sir pe taj mahal nahi banana tha. Quite audacious lot!!?

Looks Salon is really pathetic and unprofessional. They would "no" despite booking an appointment. The management is pathetic and one particular hair stylist called "Aalam" thinks he is a celebrity himself. He shows a lot of attitude. Overall the salon is really really overpriced and bad service.
