Looks Salon

I recently visited Looks Salon and was left disappointed with the poor service I received. The salon used expensive products on me, which I was charged for, claiming they had run out of their regular inventory. I found this to be unfair, as I was not informed about the extra cost beforehand.As a customer, I feel that it's unfair to be charged extra for something that I didn't explicitly agree to. It's the salon's responsibility to manage their inventory. To make matters worse, when I requested to use a Dyson hair dryer, I was told that it would incur an additional charge. However, I noticed that another customer who was being serviced at the same time was using the same dryer without being charged extra. This inconsistency in their pricing policy was quite surprising and felt unfair. As a customer, I expect transparency and fairness in the services I receive, especially when it comes to pricing. Unfortunately, Looks Salon fell short of my expectations. I hope they will take steps to address these issues and provide better service to their customers in the future. Until then, I would caution others to be aware of these practices when visiting this salon.

Subhash is a wonderful hairstylist! He provided exceptional service and shared his extensive knowledge about hair care. I'm thrilled with my experience and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled stylist. I'll definitely be back and will recommend him to everyone!

Looks Parlour Golf Course Road has been my go-to place for years now...pretty much since it opened. I love the interiors of the place, the warmth and comfort in the interiors and the service/ people has been a constant. Shout out to Nadeem for always being fantastic ( hair services) and to the entire crew for always being polite and super helpful. Highly recommended!

My experience at looks (golf course) has always been great. I often get my hair styled and cut by Nadeem. He is great and takes really good care of the customers, while being amazing at his job. I find other staff members welcoming and sweet as well. Love the place!

Unsatisfactory experience. Took my wife for hair colour job, but they failed at delivering as promised. Shades they showcased before procedure was very different frm the actual result. When confronted, staff gave ome reasons. After talking to the owner there, she told i wasn't part of the requirement, so can't help, but she couldn't deny that results weren't achieved. Well, unhappy with the experience i had.

Looks is my go to place. My favourite is Viva. She is extremely good at her beauty services like waxing/ facial etc. Rajbeer does hair and I love his work also. Love going to looks. I have enrolled in many packages and renewed it too. Highly recommended ..
