Magic Beauty Salon

My wife recently visited your salon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. To be honest, this was one of the worst beauty salon experiences we've encountered. It seemed like there was a lack of even basic makeup knowledge, and the overall service felt more like what you'd expect from a rural-area beauty parlour--not a professional setup. We live near Sapphire Mall and have been going to various salons there for a long time. We're very familiar with the standard pricing and quality of services in the area. We've never had to leave negative feedback for any salon--until now. If the issue had been just about pricing, we would have considered a compensatory offer. But the main concern here is the lack of quality in service. Rather than giving excuses, it would be better to acknowledge the problem and work on improving the service. We genuinely hope to see a positive change, and if the service improves, we'll be more than happy to update this review and share a positive one next time.
