Amazing service the person attending me was so amazing he suggested me 2 styles in which one suited me and i would highly recommend indu who took care of my hair cut and style with the owner Deepak ji for the best assistance the place is highly recommended and i will be taking the membership as they have lots of services in a small amount of money try it you will not be disappointed

Poor service and attitude of owner. Not supportive or helpful in giving apt information regarding services. The spa room and towels were also unclean.

As a male, I look for three things while going to/selecting a salon: 1) Quality of staff 2) Price 3) Customer experience The Nai disappoints on many fronts. Let me review it on all the parameters below: 1) Quality of staff: The staff will make you feel good but when you evaluate the end result, it isn't too nice. I don't prefer to tell every little detail to the barber regarding how to cut and style my hair or beard. I expect that the barber has plenty of experience and will figure out whatever looks good on me. I tell them a few minor details like the size of the hair I want and the shape of the beard. I have been to this salon 4-5 times and each time the result has been disappointing. 2) Price: Price is exorbitant. They charge Rs. 1000 for hair colour for men. If you're willing to pay the same, you should visit any other premium salon such as Looks or Geetanjali as you would atleast find better infrastructure and well trained staff there. 3) Customer Experience: As a customer you should feel happy after exiting the place. That's what good customer experience means for me. I didn't get the same feeling here and hence the rating.

Very poor hospitality. The receptionist seem to be uneducated and doesn't have basic etiquettes of talking with respect. Abusing her staff in front of us , a sheer negative vibe salon

I have a membership with this place after they repeatedly delighted me with their services and behaviour. I am a regular customer and never got any chance to complain. Very good and attentive staff. Totally recommend

Good safety precautions for covid with disposable masks. Good services and ambience. Only precaution I would suggest is that double check on the services and it's prices. They sometime do extra services without informing which is of high cost and it's difficult to then tell them not to add in the bill. If you have taken a 10000 discount package then ensure that you ask if the service is included in package or not. Additional services happened twice without my approval and I ended up paying for those services which is not good. All in all, cautionary advice is to get white and black clarity on services that you want before hand. If you have done that, then services, ambience and staff are courteous. Prices after taking the package are good.

For men's section Salman has cut my hairs. I got the hair cut that I desired. Good work.

Behaviour of Salon owner is not good. He judge someone with their faces. Who is he/she is. He do not thing before talk to someone else.He should respect 1st with human beings. Whoever he or she is dealing with.
