A special mention to Seraph, my hair stylist, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my requirements. I had a specific hair color shade in mind, and he understood my vision perfectly. He took the time to discuss the best hair color options for my skin tone, hair type, and maintenance level. I also got a haircut at NEU, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Seraph gave me the perfect cut that added volume and bounce, making my hair look fuller and more vibrant. It beautifully complemented my new hair color. His expertise in hair techniques and styling ensured that the final result was exactly how I wanted it to be!

Disappointing Experience I called ahead to inquire about rates and services and was told there was a good deal for first-time visitors--Rs. 1999 + taxes--with the rest to be discussed after the visit. I confirmed the amount and booked an appointment accordingly. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. I didn't appreciate the attitude or body language of the hairdresser I was introduced to. I had specifically spoken to Rituraj and requested a L'Oreal hair spa service. However, when I arrived, the staff initially denied offering the L'Oreal hair spa and started suggesting more expensive treatments instead. When I mentioned that Rituraj had confirmed it over the phone, the hairdresser suddenly said, "Oh yes, we do have it," and added that he doesn't do hair spas himself, so he wasn't aware. But if you don't handle hair spas, how do you know about all the other brands and not the one I specifically asked for? Overall, it felt like the focus was more on upselling rather than providing honest and transparent service. Not the experience I was expecting.

It was my first ever hair makeover. I had numerous concerns about hair health specially when facing issues with big forehead, salt & pepper hair and hair thinning. I love the outcome. The colour was awesome. The hair style was awesome. Thanks to Seraph! Good work done. I'm a regular now.
