I had an incredible experience at Royal cut unisex salon today! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. I've never felt so pampered and confident leaving a salon before!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. My spouse got global hair color and highlights done here, but the results were far from what we expected. The global color came out completely different from the shade chosen, and the highlights didn't show up at all--not even slightly. When we raised this issue, we were told that bleach was necessary. However, my spouse has been getting global and highlight colors for over six years, without bleach, and the colors have always turned out perfect. We requested the highlights to be redone without any additional charges, but they outright refused. This made us question the quality of the color used since it was mixed away from us, which is highly unprofessional. Reputable salons mix the color in front of clients to ensure transparency. Additionally, when my sister had highlights done here, the stylist couldn't even identify the shade from their own color book. It seems they use their own obscure brand of colors and mislead clients with social media videos showcasing results that don't match reality. This salon is neither trustworthy nor professional. It may be fine for basic services like haircuts and styling, but if you're considering anything more, especially coloring, don't waste your money. We deserve either a refund of highlights or the highlights to be redone properly.

This used to be one of my go to places for massages and staff was well trained and all. But today the staff was new and seemed inexperienced. Head massage seemed champi at home. I really they were more customer friendly and dial down the unnecessary attitude.

They are best with their services. The best part is how they make you feel comfortable and provide you with a clean environment. I have been a regular customer here for more than a year. Five stars to them!
