Not only did they deliver exactly what I envisioned, but they also provided great advice on how to maintain my hair. I had the worst experience ever. I went for the haircut and came back with a very painful experience. The hair stylist pulled n snatched my hairs so badly as if he literally wants the hairs to come out of the scalp. When I informed him about the same, he started giving silly reasons that your hairs are not washed although I had washed my hairs before coming and if he felt the hairs are not washed, why didn't he inform me before making the haircut? He should have told me prior to haircut that your hairs will not be cut properly as u need a hair wash. I would have taken it again in the salon. this salon has very very inexperienced staff. When asked which haircut did you do, neither him nor his colleague was able to identify the haircut. He didn't know how to do even basic haircut like layers. He didn't know how to do butterfly cut. He said all these haircuts are same. No difference in both. The owners are also very much interested in fighting and shouting at the customer instead of keeping a check on their trainee staff. If you want ur hairs to be pulled and broken, then please go to the salon. Else save your money for some good salon where customers are respected and the haircuts are done by some specialist.
