I visited your salon today for an eyebrow threading service, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. The technician completely ruined the shape of my eyebrows, making them uneven and much thinner than I requested. I had clearly communicated my preferences, but she ignored it, and now I am left with a look that I am deeply unhappy with. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Eyebrows take weeks to grow back, and now I have to deal with this mess until they do.
