I dont have a choice but to rate this place one star as their cant be negative rating I had the worst experience at this salon. I went in for a root touch-up, and not only was the service subpar, but the entire visit was uncomfortable. When I asked to use the paraben-free shampoo to protect my hair, they told me it would cost extra! I was shocked that something so basic for hair care would come with an additional charge. On top of that, the threading was excruciating. It honestly felt like someone was slicing my face apart - it was painful, and I left with red, irritated skin. I will not be returning.

Avoid at All Costs - Pathetic Service & Zero Customer Care This salon deserves a resounding zero stars. From the moment I walked in, the experience was nothing short of disastrous. * Incompetent Staff: The staff were clearly undertrained specifically for women care like facial and seemed more interested in socializing amongst themselves than attending to clients. * Ignored Requests: I specifically communicated to make some accomodation, which was completely disregarded. The stylist seemed to have their own agenda and imposed their own ideas, leaving me with a result that was far from what I wanted. * Unhygienic Conditions: The salon itself was unclean, lot of mosquitoes all around with unpleasant smell. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and sanitation. This salon clearly prioritizes quantity over quality and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for their customers. I strongly advise anyone seeking a decent salon experience to look elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience at Smoke and Mirrors. I received shaving, de-tanning, and blackhead removal treatment, and all three services were top-notch. The shaving was expertly done, the de-tanning was applied evenly, and the blackhead removal was thorough. The staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I'm very satisfied with the results and will definitely be returning to Smoke and Mirrors.

The ambience is good staff are experienced and very very gentle and expert in there work. Proper guidence is given by the staff products are genuine.

Services are exceptionally well. Pankaj Verma has excellent skill sets. Rohit is also very good with other services. Definitely give it a try once.
