First ever review for a Salon only because of a Very disappointing experience at Sonia Herbal. The staff is extremely rude, especially Pradeep, who was unprofessional and unhelpful. In a service-based industry, courtesy and professionalism should be a priority, but that was completely lacking here. Would not recommend! In addition to your reply - I very much visited the parlour today at 5pm pls confirm with your staff member. Sadly my mother has membership for your parlour too.

Gopal's & Prem's work on the pedicure and manicure was meticulous and truly pampering, with great attention to detail. Chanda's henna application was beautifully done and showcased her expertise. Manoj gave a sharp and stylish male haircut and Arti, the manager, deserves appreciation for coordinating everything so smoothly and ensuring every customer felt valued. The team's professionalism, skill, and friendliness stood out, making our visit memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch salon services!

Worst experience of a basic service like waxing. Very unsupportive staff, showing zero readiness to fix the problem. Was denied another basic service like threading just because the staff was not efficient to fix it.

I recently had the worst experience ever at this salon, and I feel compelled to share the details so no one else goes through the same. First off, they don't even have basic heat protection products for hair drying. In today's world, that's completely unacceptable. My hair felt fried and dry after the blow-dry, which was rough and unprofessional. The staff clearly lacks basic skills and training. They seemed more focused on rushing me out the door than providing a decent service. While shampooing my hair, the stylist was visibly frustrated and pulled at my hair aggressively, which was painful and uncalled for. It was obvious they were annoyed because they were running late, but that's no excuse to take it out on a client. If that wasn't enough, their eyebrow services were a disaster. The staff didn't seem to have any idea how to shape eyebrows properly. I left with uneven brows that were completely over-plucked. This salon is disorganized, the staff is unprofessional, and they clearly don't care about their clients' experiences. Save your time, money, and hair by going somewhere else. You deserve better!

I got my upper lips done two days ago and it was such a painful experience and now I have gotten small white head like bumps. When I had voiced to the lady it's paining and showed her the redness and bumps she dismissed it by saying I have sensitive skin. Never in my life I have gotten wierd bumps on my upper lips like this before that to after two days of getting it done. Sonia salon please teach your staff to use threads properly or get them trained.

The worst place to go for any service, I went for face wax and came out with rashes and bumps on my face, they don't have the right products and unprofessional staff, i would not recommend this place to anyone, the fake rating could fool you.
