Should be rated Minus ! Extremely Disappointing & Misleading Services Value Wellness is running a scam disguised as a wellness center. They charge premium rates for treatments like Cryotherapy and HIFU but deliver barely 10-minute sessions with no noticeable results. Most staff are untrained, some can't even operate the machines properly, and there's no standard procedure being followed. Once they've charged you, they'll repeatedly push low-cost treatments like NMS, RF, or cavitation, completely different from what was promised. Rupali Chauhan, who seems to be in charge, refuses to take responsibility and is always "too busy" to address concerns. The staff lacks professionalism and accountability. Save your time, money, and trust -- avoid this place.

This is a terrible center. Money suckers. They don't have trained equipments for slimming and beauty. Their center managers are uncouth and arrogant. A complete waste of your money if you get any treatment from them. They have sub standard equipments for slimming which react on your body. Never sign up for any program with them. If u want to sign up take a risk at your own peril.

Pathetic service. They make fool of people especially dr. Rupali. They just want money. No hygiene. No result. They lie to every client.

Purnima is the best technician at the center for laser, very knowledgeable and great ar her work. Also thanks dr. Rakhi for checking on the client after every session. Satisfactory experience so far.

The experience with Value wellness is bad. The Gurgaon center is very mismanaged. Half of the time they don't have the proper equipment's available. They randomly change the process of any said treatment. The staff is changed every 2 months. It's been 6 months asking and they haven't even provided me the invoice/receipt of my payment.

I recently had a disappointing experience at value wellness scheduled several appointments for laser treatment, but each time, they either canceled last minute or rescheduled without any explanation. This inconsistency was incredibly frustrating and disrupted my plans. When I reached out to discuss my concerns, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like I was just another number rather than a valued client. I expected a professional level of service, especially considering the costs involved. Overall, I cannot recommend based on my experience. Poor communication and lack of reliability have left me searching for a more dependable clinic.
