Excellent laser services provided by an expert Ms. Sanju. I recently had the opportunity to experience laser hair removal services at and I must say, it was an impressive journey from start to finish. The clinic itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making sure I felt comfortable and informed about the entire process. The consultation was thorough; the technician took the time to explain the procedure, including what to expect during and after the treatment. They answered all my questions patiently, which helped alleviate any concerns I had. The laser technology used was state-of-the-art, and I appreciated that they tailored the treatment to my specific skin type and hair color, ensuring optimal results. During the procedure, the technician was attentive and skilled, continuously checking in to ensure my comfort. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and relatively painless the process.

I had taken a package of 3+3 sessions before Covid. As many of reviewers have mentioned they don't give appointments easily if you book these packages. I have still 2 sessions remaining and I have the invoice with me also, but they are pushing me to buy the same package again and Kiran from the centre pushed me to the extent stating that we will close your books if you don't buy the package. She said now the centre is not run like it was when Ms Luthra was the owner. We will only give your remaining sessions if you buy a new package. Investors have made a big mistake. VLCC DLF centre which was supposed to be the best in Gurgaon has employed such rude staff who are giving bad customer experience. The service of the centre is deteriorating. I am not visiting this centre any more.

I had a disappointing experience with the laser hair reduction service at VLCC. Getting an appointment is incredibly difficult -- the slots are limited, and there seems to be no flexibility or effort to accommodate clients' schedules. Despite the premium pricing, the service lacks value for money. There's minimal attention to individual needs, and any ad hoc requirements or concerns are often ignored or brushed aside. Overall, I expected a much more customer-focused approach from a brand like VLCC, but unfortunately, the service did not meet even basic expectations.

Would like to mention Sthiti, who is excellent with her work and very responsive. Adjusts appointments last minute and also has a sweet way of dealing. Would like to thank all in the herbal massage department who do a an excellent and dedicated work.

Worst experience. Call centre people lured me into saying we have an offer running for laser treatment where you get consultation, analysis and experience free. Please visit. I did, and all the receptionist handed me is one package. And she wasn't aware of anything other than that. When I expressed my dissatisfaction as I drove 10kms for this, all she said is idk what are you talking about. Plus, they only have technicians and NO DOCTORS on site to do laser hair reduction. Woah. Don't be stupid to let technicians touch your skin.

Extremely deceptive people. They lure you with words and when appointment and treatment is due, they don't pick up calls and ignore after taking money. Especially the head Mansi. She just cares about more people, asks for immediate money and when service has to be given, she prefers new customers and postpones appointment with old ones. Extremely disappointed with Mansi and Mehak and the entire team. Bad customer experience and lazer Worst ever

Got a haircolour service done for my Aunt . She is very happy with work done by hairdresser Javed and also by rest of the salon team. keep it up

The place is well made and the owners are great but that's where it ends the people who work their can't understand your needs if you ask them them to put more pressure or less pressure during the massage it's of no use they will do what they know. The maintenance is negligible the shower is completely rusted they have stored housekeeping chemicals and garbage in shower lockers which is disgusting. I have given 3 stars simply because of the owners who are really nice people apart from that it's a complete disaster.
