Extremely poor experience. Had a prior appointment. No one bothered to attend me for almost half an hour. The guy at the reception kept asking for 2 mins. If you can't manage, then don't freakin overbook. Simple. The problem is not that i had to wait. The issue is having to wait on an appointment which basically defeats the whole purpose of securing an appointment. They need to realise that saloons are mushrooming in the area and it won't take too much for customers to move away to other saloons. And that's exactly what I also did. Left without taking any service.
