went to azad nagar brach of epic salon today morning. guy sitting on reception was very unprofessional. he told one person he's appointment before me, that was okay. then some of his relatives came. i had been waiting for 20 mins and then he told he had called before me which was lie. if you guys have to only run business in family, go cut hair at your friends home. you should not waste customer time because once customer feel this he is not coming back. totally disappointed and don't recommend this salon to anyone even remotely. pathetic experience. go to your regular barber

Epic is spectacular.. love the place. It's nice and quaint and has, what I feel is an old school vibe.... also, they don't charge an arm and a leg. I was in desperate need of a hair cut and a hair keratin treatment and they took me in at the drop of a hat.. sadly, I didn't take any pics..Sahil was amazing. He did a fantastic job! Highly recommended!

high charges, makeup is so worthless even if its bridal or party makeup.. I got ready there(party makeup)for attending the marriage of my niece and we booked this saloon for bridal makeup of my niece .. the quality of the product was very low and they used to prepare a mixer in any of their box of all the inciliary applications and paste the same on every client and this is done just to save their own time and to entertain more and more customers & obvious to loot max money.. highly disappointed

Quite good salon. I got haircut service for more than 4-5 times here which is good . Overall i had a decent type of experience here . Price distribution is also affordable and fair as well . Btw yeah you can visit it for all of your grooming and salon needs . They have different floors for both male nd female section .

Don't go by the cheap prices here, it is the worst place to get a haircut, with inexperienced people. I had to go to another place to get my hair corrected. The basic knowledge of a haircut lacks here, I was allotted a young guy who didn't even knew how to part the hair. Above all that they were trying to sell me other services which also came with inexperienced knowledge. I was told my scalp is dry by the person where my skin doctor tells it's very oily. He suggested hair spa for my scalp being dry. I would give 0 stars if there was an option.
