I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. We booked their services for my sister's wedding, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Her skin, which was initially clear, became dull and broke out with pimples after the facials they provided. Additionally, her hair, which had never been treated with harsh products before, looked damaged and lifeless following their recommendations. When we raised these concerns, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing our issues, they pointed fingers and showed a lack of patience in dealing with us. This is not the kind of service you want for such an important occasion. I would strongly advise against booking this salon for your big day

Pathetic experience, completely ruined my eyebrow shape, told the staff 100 times to only clean and not make it thin, they deliberately did it, totally unprofessional behaviour and would not recommend anyone to go here, they need to hire trained professionals to do the services. This was my first and last time I have visited them. I wish I could give 0 star if given an option. Below average, and poor rating to the staff.
