I went to the branch near Jat Dharamshala. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life with any parlour till date. I got my wax done from here and after some time I noticed there were black patches all over my hand and underarms. Moreover, the same day my friends was getting ready for her engagement. The bridal hairstyle was extremely poorly done--completely unprofessional and looked ridiculous. They also assigned a staff member to fix the bride's dupatta who clearly had no idea what she was doing. To make matters worse, my friend's makeup turned cakey and started coming off after a short while, which was really frustrating. On top of all this, the behavior of the owners was shockingly rude and unwelcoming. They seriously lack basic hospitality and customer service skills. Overall, it was a complete waste of money, and I absolutely would not recommend Swin to anyone.

Poor makeup and hairstyle for brides. Generally take 3,4 brides at one time and don't do proper hairstyling and makeup according to skin and complexion. Not worth according to price they charge.

I went to this salon for hair cut and hair spa ..i want to say that i am very disappointed with services .i came with high expectations but my experience was below average even after paying 1300 rupees .my haircut was done by a person who was not experienced for ladies haricut i came to know that after blow drying when my haircut did not come right and he again cut my hair . The staff people do my blow dry for 1 hour approx but my haircut did not come right and layers were not evenly seggregated ..... i am really disappinted and i want to tell you that in case sahib or you or the staff member who is assigned to do ladies haircut is not available please do not entertain any customer as hair is big thing for amy girl ..and people dont expect such sub standard services from swin being so experienced .

I just got my haircut from them and at first it was good. But then the senior hair stylist came and he totally ruined my haircut. I kept telling him not to cut it short from front but still he did that. From now on I won't recommend this salon to anyone.

This is for Gayatri ma'am Perfection speaks a lot...you always do magic with your brush by painting phenomenal picture on us ...Really love your work so much......The best thing about ma'am is that she gives you makeup as per the event and your tone......Since the first time I hired her, she has become my favorite makeup artist. I can't think of anyone else doing my makeup, other than her..... This is for sahib sir Totally speechless for your effort and hard work...I am really satisfied and pleased with your service....You always did a fantastic job going over and above to ensure the best hair style....It was not easy, but I knew I could count on you ...you are very much detailed and patient in your field

Dont visit this place! The owner of the place will charge you Way high than the actual cost. The charges of the services you get here when compared to services in Chandigarh/panchkula is like touching the sky. I am highly disappointed, when asked for 500 rs for a normal hair wash with conditioning. The owner euined my Diwali with hwr bitter words. Would not recommend this place as I visited this at my In laws place, originally I came from Chandigarh! But, the owner was so rude she did not even bother to regard it for new customer on Diwali occassion when there is alsoultiplw offers going on globally.

worst make up service and hair styling even they can't do hair dry properly better to not take there service... bekar! bakwas!

The owner is a terrible unprofessional lady. She made me cry on my wedding day. Not only is she mannerless but also greedy. Totally stole away from my special day. Will never forget her. I left without getting my make up done. Please avoid this salon for your big day girls
