Very poor service. They charged a lot of money for my hair treatment. I specifically told them that my hair is thick and I need smoothing on my hair but they brainwashed me and told me it will not stay on your hair your hair will swell or whatever. They did botox on my hair which just after 1 wash it washed away from my hair my hair felt really dry. They just need money thats all am very disappointed

I liked the hair color experience but given the charges that I paid for Hair color and hair spa.. the spa was hardly there. No equipment massage, just 15 mins of neck stretch. Sorry, but I felt deeply disappointed. #Notospa
