Ambiance is beautifully made. But they were having n number of customers and was not attending some properly. Did not responded well if asked to rectify something either in makeup or hairdo. Else the makeup done by daughter of the owner was appreciable and was in budget. Speed of doing makeup was also very fast. Only disappointed by the mess created that day because of so many appointments.

The staff keeps talking on face while doing threading and sometimes the spit gets on face as well. It's really unprofessional.

Terrible, terrible service. I got my legs waxed and got a pedicure done. The staff is highly unprofessional, after they so called "waxed" my legs I could still feel the hair on my legs. They didn't wax my legs properly and didn't eradicate the hair from the root, like one is supposed to. Then during the pedicure, each person is doing what they want to do, no uniformity in the procedures on both the legs. And in the end, I asked them to put on nail paint, they did such a terrible job with the nail paint on my skin essentially, that I swear a 2 year old could have done a better job. Highly unprofessional and overpriced for whatever it is that they provide in the name of "beauty services".

I have horrible experience with their services, I took makeup and hairstyling service from this so cold salon. Make artist did just opposite of what I have given the instructions, told her for natural base and make up and nude lipshade.she put lot of dark eyeshadow and applied purple color lipstick on my lips as far hairstyling owner herself involved In doing my hair style, I told him her to do straight my front side hair she replied I already did the straightening and we will set up your hair with spray, which she never did as a result within 30 mins of reaching venue my hairstyle turned into mess and my hair turned into like I am chudail. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING RUDE OWNER and don't know how to serve customers.

On my engagement day, the makeup artist totally ruined by makeup as I wanted it to be subtle and light. But, she did it opposite. My skin is still facing the side effects of using bad products( quality wise) on my face. Please, update and improve your makeup products and makeup skills as well.

Not worth of money. Too expensive. They can change your schedule at the last minute. They dont even ask for the water to the person come with.

My wife have been there for hair smoothing twice but got a really really pathetic experience never recommend to anyone.

Great staff, polite owner and staff, great work, take their time to complete with one customer. Full customer satisfaction
