I recently had service from them regarding my hair keratin. I got hair spa and cut as complimentary. The team was good and did a marvellous job and gives me a perfect look. The staff is professional and doing a great job. Safe and calm environment. Must recommend.

Ridiculous services. Unprofessional staff, the girl who did my eyebrows and forehead she cut one side front of my brow very deep..it was looking very clearly that both the eyebrows were not the same. One was thin and the other was thick. My forehead was also not well cleaned ...even the hair cut was also not good I will never recommend ...so unprofessional

Bad service by an unprofessional staff. Got my beared and facial done on Oct 21, 2024. Not satisfied service at all. The guy does not seems to be competent enough to even do the shaving , have to tell him multiple times to get it done properly.Still not satisfied . Seat was very uncomfortable with no footrest, was really uncomfortable experience. He seems to be very unprofessional and will not recommend matrix to anyone. Won't be returning to this place again.

Horrible service , no professionalism. I would never recommend. They let students provide the servcies who are not even trained well.

Got my hair keratin, coloring and smoothing done. But they don't have experience and don't accept it later on... Had worst experience.... They Just want charge the money but don't wanna provide the service as they charge. Will never go back there and will recommend to others, don't spend your time and money for worst services. I do know owner will not reply on this review.
