Pathetic experience Pathetic Nail Technician. I have been getting my nails done for 4-5 years, and I have never experienced pain during the prepping process, nor have my nail extensions ever fallen off within just five days. My mother had an absolutely terrible experience with your services, Raghav caused her too much pain during nail preparation. Also her Gel Extension didn't even last 4-5 days. and I regret ever recommending you. You should be ashamed of charging such high prices while failing to deliver satisfactory results. She got her nails done specifically for an important function, and her extensions itself fallen off before evening attending the function, and thanks to your poor service, the entire experience was ruined. A 60-70% refund is the least you can do, as your service failed to fulfill its purpose. As a professional--and as a man--you should take full responsibility for the damage you have caused. Do the right thing and refund the amount. Be honest in your business, at the very least.
