The ever worst makeup I had on my marriage day. The lady ruined it by doing makeup with her hands. On that day, everybody just told me that you are even more beautiful without makeup. They charge 18k for that by saying we will use bst products in return for that. Me and my mom gave 5k at the time of booking and on the day of marriage when the remaining payment was to be made, they said that we only take 1k from everyone as the assurance of booking as u have to give the remaining 17k. By god's grace we find the card on which the proceeded payment was mentioned. Therefore, they are liars too. Just want to shut their saloon so that no one else has a bad day.

Will not recommend for bridal or any big functions. I booked engagement package of 15000 as they told it was with better products. But for afternoon function they did very loud makeup instead of me telling them I need natural look. It was no where close to the expectations. They did loud eye makeup with dark lipstick. It took them 3 hrs of doing makeup and 1 hr of taking half of it and still it was too much. And infact the makeup came off within 2 hrs during function leaving my face white and with patches. I looked better without makeup that they did for me. Will not recommend to anyone. They do not understand the taste of the customer.

I have taken silk treatment and i am not happy with the service as 1. They burnt my hairs 2. They charged 3 times as compare to other salons and promised for Straight and shiny hairs 3. Within 3 weeks, my hairs were not behaving the way they promised. On complianing they suggested me extra service. This was my first service and i am really disappointed.

Worse service, over booked clients for the morning, 1 staff working on 3 different clients. Had to wait for hours to even get the seat to start makeup. Do not even use products even after requesting ex concealer or acne makeup and all. Used clients product as were not able to find their own product in drawers. No proper set up, makeup is just placed anywhere. They just want the no of ppl coming in without providing the sufficient service. Even heard making fun of clients after they left. Over charged without telling the client.

I did my bridal makeup from here. And they are just not worth it. So much they charged but the service that they provided was not upto the mark. I came twice before my wedding day to explain how i wanted my makeup to be but they turned me back saying mam knows she'll do the makeup herself. And on the day she did all old style makeup with 10000 layers on my face. No contouring nothing. The makeup went all blah by the time my pheras started. Also when i told them to style my duppata in a well known certain way, she didn't even know how to do it and instead of listening she just wrapped everything up. This is a full waste of time and money here.

If you are looking for Indian traditional bridal look then this is the best place for that but it should be done by Usha Ma'am only. Nothing can beat the experience. Usha mam is doing bridal makeup since decades, she has expertise in Indian traditional bride look. She is quick in her art. Usha mam will listen to you calmly and will understand your makeup requirements. If you talk about space, yes it is very spacious, they have separate sections/ rooms for separate services. I like their first floor more. I am not the right person to comment about other services like facial etc.

my sister booked pooja for bridal and pre bridal and me n my mother for party makeup. PRE BRIDAL my sisters arm was burnt and mine too due to hot wax. staff not that efficient. they couldn't pull out hair properly. they were making fun of some customer who came in there for bikini wax please never go for waxing to this place. i actually had to use ointment for days as burn was severe. facial was ok ok . not worth the money they charge. sisters BRIDAL Sister booked package of rs 15,000 in which they promised to use airbrush makeup with MAC products. on the wedding day not enough staff was there despite us informing them in advance . also airbrush makeup was not used nor MAC products. some other brand was used. overall look of makeup was fine but it cracks started forming near lips. same makeup was done by cleopatra chandigarh for her reception in 3500 with using MAC products. MY PARTY MAKEUP. they over charged me. earlier said hairstyle for 600. after hairstyle said for curls 850. couldn't understand logic. also very poor in doing blow dry. didn't stay for even one hour. mothers PARTY MAKEUP mother only went for hairdo. which was ok ok. not so good. also charged rs 1000 for it PLEASE DONT GO FOR IT. VERY EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH IT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AVERAGE MAKEUP

very disappointed experience i had in my big day i spent 50k on my wedding dress and they didn't know how to pinning dubata i was looking like very different like can not explain too much makeup ( she did my whole makeup with her rough hands like who does that and i was saying like i want very simple and natural look but it wouldn't fulfil as per my expectations they hired inexperienced little girls, they does not know anything i will do better makeup than her because i got all mac products , there staff don't even know how to pronounce mac they say mam used all mark products like i was confused to think about like which American products she is talking actually i have so many to write but what i can say . girls if u don't want to ruined your day plz stay home and do their makeup by yourself.
