Terrible experience!! I wish i could give them zero rating. They don't care about customers, the thing they only care about is money. I visited their salon a month ago for hair treatment (smoothening), but after 2 days my hair got dry and burnt ends. Even after using the products they suggested, my hair still got damanged. When i called them, they said that it's your fault, you should take care of your hair, "hum ek baar kar dete hai baad mein hamari koi guarantee nahi hai". I spent almost 12000 on smoothening and products which they suggested but result is zero. Won't recommend this salon to anybody.. A complete waste of time and money. A big zero to Shaffy Makeovers!

Terrible experience I had my smoothning done on 13th Oct at Shaffy Makeovers Assandh. Unfortunately, my hair is now burnt at the ends. Team recommended that Schwarzkopf treatment is the best option compared to Matrix and L'Oreal. Owner spoke to me over phone and guaranteed that service would be excellent. If not, they will refund the money. With their confidence, I went with what was suggested and I'm very disappointed with the results. I was out of town and couldn't reach them sooner. But when I went there to discuss the issue, the staff member I spoke with insisted that it was dryness rather than burning. However, I don't understand why this dryness appeared only after smoothing treatment, as my hair were healthy before (attached a photo of before smoothing was done) and nobody told me this before starting the treatment. I messaged the owner (chat screenshot attached), he suggested to cut the damaged hair. Instead of providing solution, they told me to cut those ends where it is damaged. Also, he told me not to post this review as obviously they will only want to show pretty things. I feel like my money has been wasted which obviously they didn't refund. I am sharing the pictures with this review. It's incredibly disappointing, as I trusted Shaffy's reputation in Karnal and went to the salon. Sadly, this was the worst experience I've had. I've had smoothning treatments multiple times in the past, but my hair has never been this rough, burnt and tangled afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. I've known Shaffy for many years now and he's an amazing artist with great knowledge in his craft. His makeup is on point and uses great quality products and is always up on the latest makeup trends. Every booking that my family has made with him has been a solid five-star experience . Highly suggested

I recently had a disappointing experience with this makeup service that left me extremely frustrated. The staff was incredibly disorganized and uninformed, which made the entire process feel chaotic and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they treated customers, including myself, with complete disrespect. It was shocking to see how biased and classist the staff behaved, especially considering that brides should feel pampered and special on their big day. Instead, my cousin was made to feel like an afterthought, and her needs were completely disregarded. I expected better treatment, especially considering the importance of the occasion. Additionally, the payment program was incredibly unethical and left me feeling taken advantage of. It was not clear, and the terms seemed designed to confuse rather than clarify. This service definitely needs a major overhaul in terms of management and communication. It's clear they would greatly benefit from a course on how to manage staff, treat clients with respect, and handle payments transparently. I will not be recommending this place to anyone in the future.

I got my roka makeup done from him and got so many compliments. Then I decided to get my engagement and wedding makeup from him and it was the best decision. He made me look so so pretty and it couldn't have been better than that. Highly recommended for brides to be.

My wife went for wedding makeover here. Makeup was good but the hair colour they used was very very cheap quality it was around 250 but they charged for that 5000. After a month her hair stated turning white. This was really a pathetic experience just to shake of money they are not giving importance to their customer's skin or hair.
