This place is a total scam .They do not how to do makeup at all , wasted 4 hours for a makeup and hair, they do not practice hygiene at all they use dirty brushes ,used sponges and towels repeatedly. The manager who claims to be the sole person in the salon who knows makeup does not know even the basics of makeup . Ended up feeling regretful and devastated.

Pathetic place... don't take a haircut or get make up from this place..

Immaculate place... The services I get from this salon is the best .... Must visit Staff members are also so helpful and good in communication.. Especially NISHA is versatile in everything

Unprofessional staff and lack of hygiene. Simply creating eyewash in the name of offers. There are no such offers as exhibited by them in their marketing. They have highly untrained people and even the basic services are not worth the price they are charging. Not recommended at all.

Good place for salon service.staff is very polite and well mannered. Services provided by Nisha and Anjali were very nice and refreshing.I feel relaxed after the service. Thanks

Very bad experience, they have mention rates out side Rs 100 (Rs 99 specific) for mens hair cut. So i did not ask for the rates as it's already mention. After my hair cut when I asked how much to pay they the men who cut my hairs told rs 200... (There was nothing special to give Rs 200 for such hair cut) This is literally cheating. I told, u have mention 100 rs then he told yr to offer price tha.. And all that... Please avoid this place.. Just cheating especially the guy who cuts hair..

I have been a customer since last year at The Scratch. I personally recommend haircut from Sawan and Reshma for assiting me with face services. Prices are also good. Highly recommend to all.
