Absolutely incompetent staff, zero customer service and owner is unable to take criticism. I went in for something as simple as a wash and round brush blow dry, after mentioning what I want multiple times still didn't follow it and told me the end product would look the same but it didn't. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed. Don't go here

I'm giving them 5 because they worth it. The bridal makeup was so amazing that fully suits with bride's personality. Visited there for the first time & they left their best impression

Long overdue review. I had both sangeet and bridal makeup and hair done here last year. My mother and sister also. It took a very long time 3-4 hours each time. While it was a lot of waiting around, the results were fantastic. My makeup stayed perfect all night, through hours of dancing. My hair and dress also were well done. Thank you so much for making me look my best!

For the first time i really didnt liked the makeup and their services alsoo.... They literally made my face look darker than my body.. They didn't even attended me well... I was feeling like I am a burden to them... It's their duty to make sure that their customer should go satisfied and happy... I think they were least bothered... They didn't even did my hair as my expectations and was not even taking interest also in what I wanted.. Really bad experience

Worst experience here very rude behaviour by the owner itself. I have came here for hairstyling but he behave very rudely totally unsatisfied with their work and owner behaviour is worst

I went for keratin treatment and they told me about their protien hair spa... costed me 2800 for just a hair spa... they assured me before the payment that my hair would be straightened but after 2nd wash i went to them that my hair is still the same, they simply lied to my face that we told you prior that this is gonna happen.. Kindly donot waste time by going on Enrich saloon, the owner itself is very careless and provides half knowledge about everything. I've been visiting enrich since 4 yrs but now i will never recommend this place to anyone

Great place as recommended by Sister. Parking could be a problem if you are going by car. If you have your valet ready it shouldn't be an issue. Prices are a bit expensive but worth it in the end.

Extremely high headed owner who doesn't even feel the need to acknowledge a client.Untrained staff, they may burn you with their waxing technique and damage your eyes with their nonsense pack application techniques. The place is just not a wastage of money but is also a danger to your health due to their untrained and unsupervised techniques. I feel like sueing them for their malpractices. Never ever gonna suggest anybody to head to this place.
