I would have given 0 ratings if possible. Pathetic customer service. I called them up to find out about party makeups, the woman who took the call had no regard for customer, her tone was so rude and when I asked her to tone it down, she hang up on me rudely. I texted and called many times afterwards, no response. I simply cannot believe that they could be so disrespectful. Well glad that I didnt go ahead with them otherwise no one knows how they'd have behaved if had to manage or helped with any request on the day of booking.
