they're soo bad at cutting the hair i asked them to not cut the sides their unprofessional staff doesnt even listen i hate it soo much i wont visit again

Extremely worst experience, very unprofessional staff . I visited for blow and dry but they do not listen and understand which style do I required... the salon need to hire professional staff instead of these illiterate.

Just had a simple hairwash and my experience was really bad. The gurl didn't even applied the shampoo properly in my hairs.

The salon used to be good. But now the barbers they have are very rude. They didn't listen how I wanted my hair and ruined my. Due to this I went to some other salon for haircut. Instead i would recommend to go to Elanora in sector 25pkl.

Me and my wife visited this place for haircut today. Their senior guy named Amaan cut my wives hair. Was not ready to listen as to how she wanted her hair cut. He cut them too short like a boy cut. Very Disappointing. For hair wash they use unbranded cheap shampoo. They do not have conditioner. When asked said you should not use it as its bad for hair. Then was my turn with another hair dresser who again seemed to ignore what i want and did the cut to his convenience. Both the cuts for me and my wife individually with hair wash were over in 15 minutes flat. Imagine the hurry when no other customer was waiting. Very BAD EXPERIENCE.

This was the first time I visited there and not going again for sure. The way they talk to customers is unprofessional and rude. This is not a salon. Its a kind of fosh market with lot of noise and chaos happening. One of the worst experience I have ever had.

Sometimes it's busy and services are delayed .... If u go for package they will attend if you go for single service they will not take you seriously.... The employees working there are polite in front but internal they are justdoing time pass... Prices are very High in some instance.... But in general it's not too much ..... Festival seasons days they are worst ....... The worst ..... Except that it's ok if nooo other option you have.

Unisex salon for all kinds of services at affordable prices, staff is good but they can do better. They need more expert/experienced staff.
