I had a wonderful experience at cleopatra. I got the Botoliss treatment done by Mr. Ravi! My severely damaged hair was dry and lifeless, but after the treatment, it became silky smooth, nourished, and beautifully restored. The transformation was incredible, and my hair now feels healthy, soft, and radiant. Highly recommend his expertise and cleopatra!

Highly disappointed. Never trust this salon for hairs and skin. Had my prebridal package, scrubbing and waxing has given me full body acne and what they have done to my hairs i will never forgive them. Never had any colour or anything done to my hairs, first time had some anti freezing treatment recommended by them and my hairs are damaged drastically. Having severe hairfall my heart hurts when i see my hairs falling every single day. Volume is gone, shine is gone, i wish i could turn back time and would have never gone to this place. Milkshake products are even worsen just running a business and earning by playing with customers. Good for makeup but not for anything else. Owner is very good with her words and had all my attention and made me feel good but she should have not given me this option and the stylist RAVI, do not trust them for hairs. I am disappointed by myself that i trusted Cleopatra.

I was a regular Cleopatra customer back in 2014-15 in the Amritsar branch. I moved abroad and came to India after quite a long time.I went for facial and other services to this Cleopatra panchkula branch, thinking it would be the same as before. The salon is exceedingly dirty, unhygienic and smelly. The Staff is professionally trained and very good with their skills.The washroom had a broken sink and looked like one of the public toilets on the railway stations. I asked for paper napkins/ paper towel to wipe my hands and I was told that they don't have it . An awful suggestion by the salon manager was I can use the toilet roll instead. The hair washing area is so congested and dark that it was suffocating. The boy who was doing my hair said that he would blow dry my hair on the same floor because he could make out that I was not comfortable. He removed the towel from my hair and kept it on the chair. The owner entered and started yelling at the staff especially the boy for keeping the towel there.She was so rude to everybody who was working that I really felt sorry for them. Come on, man, what are you doing as a business owner ? The repairs, cleanliness is your duty.It is a service industry and people want to feel relaxed and good.But you hardly care about the real essence of a salon. The Staff is soooo good that they do everything to make you feel comfortable but they are helpless and are also going through hell because of such loud mouthed business owner. Hope this review helps her to understand and may bring in some improvement .

I must say once you start coming here.. b it for facials or body spa or hair services, trust me you will wish to be back here again and again... they offer you good range of services and has highly skilled n soft spoken & friendly staff.. if you have not yet tried cleopatra do it now...
