I have been a regular customer for this place from ages but the experience that I had this time with the staff w.r.t services was very disappointing. I come here specially from Noida to get my services done but this time it was one of the worst experiences both w.r.t staff and services. 1 - Hydra facial : As I was told the special glow we experience after getting this facial was seen no where and when I highlighted this to Simran (the one who manages the counter) she pounced on me asking have u applied the moisturiser , did you wait for 2 days , our staff has done good etc.. etc .. I did not have the capability to fight with her capability so did not argue much .. 1st worst experience of the day ... n spending 3500 rs on it was such a waste ...a normal facial gives a much better glow than what I experienced here .. 2 - Daughters (6yr old) trimming - while trimming was done as asked by me , they Charged me amount for a proper haircut .. even in that case when asked , the hair dresser (dnt remember the name) again argued with me saying haircut and trimming are the same. The outcome of the trimming was , it wasn't again even ... 2nd worst experience.. 3- kera smooth - after 15 days can see my hair folded from the roots ... Spending 10k on services and getting no outcome :( Very disappointed, when I complained the owner - Salman (whom I know from long) just cut a sorry figure and never returned back. I've always recommended my friends n family to get their services done here but now looks like you have lost some of ur customers now. This was the last time that I visited this Parlor .. disappointed and sad.

I had pedicure and manicure with gel nails from this place.They didn't have a sufficient collection of gel nails so I had to choose the color accordingly. One of my nails was chipped the next morning and one nail got a bubble in it. For pedicure also the service provider used dried nail pain on my toes and it came out easily. I think they need to work on these things.
