I recently got my hair coloured by Vishal and Altmas, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Both of them are incredibly professional, skilled, and attentive to detail. From the moment I walked in, they made sure I was comfortable and clearly explained the process, helping me choose the perfect shade that would suit my skin tone and style. Vishal's expertise was evident in the way he worked--efficient, precise, and with great care. The final result exceeded my expectations. The color looks vibrant, natural, and beautifully blended. I've received so many compliments since! What I appreciated most was their genuine passion for their craft and the way they took the time to ensure everything was perfect. I was regular client at Chandigardh and Panchkula, but never get nails done from salon, inexperienced girl , who will just keep on rubbing nails for 2-3 hours and wil say , your hands have moisture. Seriously girl. Yes these were gel unfortunately. And after 3 months they will remember about payment was pending. We cheap and unprofessional behaviour. I explained everything at reception still nothing was taken care off. Never get nails done, cheap quality, no gloss , colour available and thy will argue for no reason. Last visit bye You lost my faith in brand

Please note I was very loyal to the salon. I still feel some of the technicians like vishal are dedicated to their clients But I have lost faith in management completely. I have matted hair. Yes and it's tiring for anyone to remove the tangles. For couple of times I went it was all ok They charged me 590 for wash and blow dry and it was great. I took a recent appointment and during wash was informed I will have to pay more because the management had an issue. I called for reema from reception and told her all is ok but first I should have been informed before I entered or on phone about this change. But thinking it might be few 100s more or max double I didn't bother. When I went for payment and paid 1770 I was shocked. But with a bill in hand obviously that's the new charge or charge for me atleast. I'm really pissed at the management. First no body discriminates on wash and blow dry anywhere...no matter the thickness..length or texture. But obviously this salon does. Second how can you charge more than double. ???? God! You've lost a regular client for good. Ill only miss vishal....but I don't eant to be a part of a salon that can do something like that and not even pre inform ...just put the client in a fix and obviously we are not road side roadies to fight and all. But I guess I should have. I advise looks sector 17 chandigarh. It's different management and committed to their values not one that is greedy for more money and discriminates on services that no one does anywhere. Or femina plus or tocado that still charge well under 1000 inclusive of taxes for blow dry.. and yes any hair type i asked specifically. Don't come here at all. Bill is below. Sad. Very sad. Also to give them a chance my husband called them and the receptionist reema said the management would call in 5 days as thr owner was out of town.. Its long gone... no call... we knew they wouldn't. (I have proof of this call too) Expenses are high..yes but don't do such cheap tricks and try to rob off loyal clients. You won't have anyone left. Then maybe the management can use this place for the lie personal services...

I booked root touchup and haircut from Looks Salon, Vishal did this service excellently with his experience of customer handling beautifully. We also have membership with Looks Salon, even I like the eyebrow threading from Sandy. She takes care of my skin and brow shape. You can also trust Vishal for your hair services.

If anyone wants to get any type of Hair service, I highly recommend Hira Sir. For even a simple hair wash you will get a spa level service from him. I had the worst dandruff, he helped reduce my scalp problem. Highly recommend Hira Sir at Looks Pkl.

All the stylist and nail technicians are wonderful and do a great job . Very disappointed with the pricing as they aren't clear . I was quoted at 1000 for gel nails , at the counter I'm told it's 650 for manicure and 1000 for gel nails . They should have said 1650 for manicure and gel nails ! My husband asked for hair colour , they quoted 450 , at the counter they said 1400 ( 450 is for hair cut) but we never asked for hair cut so why quote for a hair cut when asked for hair colour ? Overall very poor experience . We don't live here so it probably makes sense for the management to rip us off! Don't recommend unless you get the pricing in writing from them.

Came here for the haircut today. Had a most amazing experience at looks salon. Mr, Bilal, who did my cut, he was amazing, so passionate.. gave me the cut much better than I was expecting.. he is so patient, he understood my requirements and my hair type, and what exactly I wanted. Should definitely visit here.
