i had a great experience with serenity. the staff is always so welcoming and the services always great. the owner is so sweet and she always has the widest smile while welcoming. thankyou to all the staff members specially rajkumar and amit ji for the services, i would definitely go there again and again.

They are not professionals. It was a mistake i took services from them. Their Poor skills in waxing made my skin burn in so many areas.

Worst ever experience. They ruined one n only important day of my life. They don't even have common maroon colour lipstick and bindi.. Hair stylist ka to pucho na. Pathetic.they don't know how to drape saree. Pehle bol diya yea we are professionals bt wahi desi kam nikla
