. Such a rude staff with pathetic service. Appointment does not matter here. Then what is the meaning of call and booking appointment. Simply time wastage. A message to owner- focus on your salon and staff. And service too. As I am a customer who visit from the day it is open, but it is something very bad.

Most horrible and pathetic place not even worthy of calling it a Salon. Rude and unprofessional staff who doesn't know how to speak to customers, no sense of accountability and most importantly untrained staff! They don't even know how to shampoo and even apply hair color. Horrible place!

Absolutely unprofessional staff.Thry cancelled my booking last minute without informing us with a lame reason....Plus the services also are not really that great..Just somewhat okay. Very Poor Quality
