I visited TOCADO saloon for an Ozone facial, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Instead of using the promised product, the staff applied something else. When I inquired, they claimed to have mixed products from Ozone, Lotus, and O3, but when I asked to see the Ozone product, they couldn't produce even a single one. Rather than addressing my concern transparently, the therapist informed the manager and tried to bring products from their other saloon (Urbanz) and soon after, the owner came in to pacify the situation. However, he had no clear explanation either. There is a lack of honesty and professionalism. I don't usually post reviews but just want to inform the citizens to be beware of such fraudulent practices happening in such saloons and if any such issue comes to light, complaint may be filed with police as well as National Consumer Authorities. I'll also be filing one complaint regarding the same. Please don't go after the investment made by the saloon but instead the products they are using. Highly disappointed.

A very well maintained, hygienic place and peaceful ambience. Staff is no hurry. Service delivered by Ms. Shaina are appreciative and satisfying. Girl at reception deals so efficiently.

I am very much satisfied with their services. The whole staff was very professional. They completely transformed my Hairs and look. I must recommend Tocado The Family Salon to all. Best salon in Panchkula.

I've been coming to Tocado since it opened. I've seen this place grow in professionalism and skills. Each one of the staff shows utmost care and enthusiasm everytime I visit. Meenakshi, Monika, Kusum, Vijyata, Shilpa, Himanshi, Roshini, Sandeep, Shaan, Abhishekh, Javed, Sonu have always made sure of the detailed perfection before I walk out. Not to miss their in huse Social media handler, Aakash who makes you feel like a celebrity everytime. Aalam and Meher, the owners and a perfect couple have always made sure that no one walks out without a wow feeling. Mehar is a makeup artist. She knows every skin type and what is best for the client. I highly recommend everyone to try this place and enjoy the experience. Thanks and cudos to each one of them to make my experience overwhelming everytime I visit

The place is good. But remember that if you have a coupon, your presence won't be appreciated. They won't even tell you what services are for free in your coupon.

Absolutely pathetic service and rude staff. The staff refuses to listen and does not provide basic services (even if you are paying for them). The barbers don't know how to shave, and will force you to get a trim instead. The staff is not skilled either and the haircuts done are very bad. Had a very terrible experience here, and won't be returning. If you want a good haircut or shave please don't bother going here. This place is probably one of the worst saloons in Panchkula

Top notch services with an excellent staff. Absolutely love the makeup was just as I thought of it to be. The staff has a very warm attitude which makes the experience all the more cherishing. Totally recommend for all occasions and services.
