This is an ok salon - they're usually understaffed. Usually only one person is available who can do blow dry properly, and if they're busy you have to wait. Once I was waiting for 10 Mins with wet hair for him to finish another client and by that time hair was too dry to properly blow dry. And sometimes there's no one available for threading, which is a basic requirement of a salon
