I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at Looks Salon, Panipat. I called to make a simple enquiry, but they were extremely unbothered . The staff on the line was rude and unprofessional, and abruptly hung up the call as if they weren't interested in helping at all. This kind of attitude is unacceptable from a reputed salon. I expected better customer service and basic courtesy. Not recommended based on this experience.
