1 hour is minimum waiting time with no appointment, sitting, water, toilet, car parking facilities. Staff is rude specially the lady. Can't even go for shop to nikitasha as your number (turn) will cut. Hair cutting is satisfactory though.

Full on attitude, no booking on phone, have to wait for 1-1.30hr for your turn. During that no water or tea supplied. Price is normal. Good is good.

I have took haircut and color from Neel beauty and after one wash color got fade. I spent Rs. 3000 here but the result is very poor. They did my color just in one hour. There team remains always in rush and don't do the service properly. I wasted my money here and want to recommend all never go for color from need beauty.

IT WAS WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH WAXING. There was a didi named Poonam and she was unable to do waxing, she BURNED my skin also.. I still have bruises on my hand. I did not get any compensation. No action was taken against her.

They provide an excellent service. The way they provide the service makes the customer visit this parlour again and again.. It remains unforgettable..
