I was very disappointed with my experience with makeup by Vaishnavi the makeup studio. I booked them for HD party makeup (paid Rs4000) and unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. First, the changing room provided was extremely poor-small, uncomfortable, and lacking proper lighting or mirrors, making it difficult to get ready properly. This was unexpected and added unnecessary stress to the experience. Additionally, the entire process felt rushed. There were too many people around, creating a chaotic environment, and the makeup artist was distracted, juggling other tasks while doing my makeup. As a result, the service felt unprofessional and hurried. I had high expectations based on their portfolio, but overall, the experience was disappointing. Unless improvements are made in both the service and setup, I would not recommend this makeup artist.

Great work by Vaishnavi for my friend's wedding! She respected her style perfectly and made her feel pretty. Definitely will refer her to others!

Very unprofessional staff. We went there to book bridal facial and they know nothing about skin. I had my cousin with me who is cosmetologists herself and she suggested them to do O3 facial. They agreed to do so. We went again on our roasted day and they starting to impose some other brand facial. We clearly mentioned that we only need O3 but staff kept on trying what they want to sell. So we waited for vaishnavi to come and sort this out. She came but didn't even bothered and completely ignored us and started to talk about her visit to yamunanagar. This is not how professional artist treat the customers. We even did advance booking with rs 1000 and refused to return when it's completely their fault for not delivering what they promised. Told us to go somewhere else. Such a arrogant behaviour.. shame Secondly we also did booking for nails, staff started to told us to go with some other nails as they were not capable to do what we asked. We agreed to go according to their capability. I advised that my nail bed is very weak and asked her to be little gentle but she complete ignored and asked me to go with poly gel instead of acrylic if I didn't wanna get hurt. I agreed. She kept on doing stuff very harshly. I asked her to be little gentle and she stood up and asked that vaishnavi will come and do it herself. Wowww. What a service... now miss vaishnavi finally arrived after 20 minutes of our appointment time with an oats bowl in her hand with chewing mouth. We told her that staff is not using cuticle oil and she spoke very rudely that she never use cuticle oil and nobody taught her from where she learnt. So this is how it works really. It not like I was getting my nails done very first time. Keep asking us if we are getting makeup done form their salon. I heard that this is the one of the nice place but this incident changed my opinion about them. We are not getting the service in free so pls be little nice and genuine it's not always about your attitude it's someone's big day and atleast treat with respect. That's the least you could do...

I am very impressed with their services.staff is very good and owner is very nice.she works very well and deal with love.

Vaishnavi mam is a fabulous makeup artist.She knows the ins and outs of every product she uses, and take care to ensure that her clients feel comfortable.Morever I highly recommend that everyone should visit vaishnavi mam
