Worst experience.... Puraana staff was best.... But the new hired staff doesn't know how to work and how to communicate they are too rude.... They cut too much of length... Despite of accepting their mistake they are arguing.... Didn't know how to treat with clients.... The Trust Which we had on POONAM HAIR LOUNGE is no more..... They made our haircut, mood , and our function worst.... They are doing experiments on clients scalp just to teach their students..... Clients emotional and mental peace and happiness does means nothing to them..... Price increased quality and satisfaction decreased...
