I am depply disappointed your unprofessional service. On my recent visit, you: Canceled my appointment without prior notice Wasted my valuable time Suggested I switch to another stylist Refused to connect me with the salon owner Ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue Your staff's lack of cooperation and customer service is unacceptable. It seems your salon is more interested in selling memberships than providing quality service. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has completely eroded my trust in your establishment. I expect a proper resolution and explanation for this unacceptable treatment.

I recently visited Looks Salon in Rohtak for a haircut before flying back to London. After reading numerous positive reviews about Sarfraz, I requested an appointment on short notice, and the salon graciously accommodated my request at my convenience. As someone who is quite particular about my hair, I was initially hesitant to try a new stylist. However, Sarfraz exceeded my expectations with his exceptional skills, truly living up to the glowing reviews he has received. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great haircut. This salon has now become my go-to place whenever I'm in India. Additionally, my brother had his haircut done by Yuvi, and he was equally impressed. The results were fantastic, and I've already started recommending the salon to my friends and family. If you're looking for top-notch service, Looks Salon is definitely worth a visit!

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. The place is well run and clean. I've always had my hair cut by Sarfaraz and he always does a good job. Also worked with Lalita, she's soft spoken, thorough and gentle in her work. Would recommend this place.

I've never had a pedicure as good as the one I got from Akhil, he took the time to really listen to what I wanted and delivered. The foot scrub and massage was heavenly. I'm so happy with the results.!

It was good experience getting haircut for my daughter and gave quite posh type vibes. Good couches to sit for visitors.

I had a very bad experience with looks rohtak branch..I had gone for root touch up and asked for sulphate free shampoo wash as I had got smoothening done 40 days back..they said that sulphate free wash not included in the price..I had to pay extra..this is the first time I am experiencing this..I am a regular customer of looks for past 10 years in Punjabi Bagh delhi and there sulphate free wash is already included in every treatment but this rohtak branch is pathetic..I am already paying for this and they are saying I had to pay extra..I am not going to visit here again !!
