The owner has no manner to speak with client she is very rude ,but staff is not like her,

I alwz appreciate people who work and behave so nicely with me but from this shop i really felt so bad i booked an bridal and pre bridal things with rupali on the time of booking she gave us best package bcz my mother went there i m coming from other country before 1 week of my marriage i trust her but when i met her she is full with the attitude and arrogance she dont know how to deal with customer and there parents even she want to change my dress theme bridal lehnga bcz i didnt asked her before i booked my lehnga ( in which her 15% ) commission thats why staff member is good in there work but on time of booking she asked for so many things but she didn't do it Only money minded people and according to work bridal makeup is same like 10 year back style nothing new only her viral video became her viral and work wise she is zero in shahabd makanda I never recommend her worst service and work Charges in 10,000/- she did only facial Wax and bleach If people going to high level they never forget about there old day person should be down to earth than god give them better chance
